Measuring pleated width: measure the exact width of the window. Divide that measurement by 2 (for 2 drapes) then add 5-6" to each for allowance on the ends and in the middle to close.
Measuring length: measure from where you will hang the curtain rod to the floor. The closer the rod is to the ceiling the larger the room will appear.
